Douglas Development researches land use issues, including parcel profiles and municipal code interpretations for the preparation of predevelopment feasibility reports, prepares an overall evaluation of preliminary site plan, if appropriate suggests an Entitlement strategy, provides conclusions/recommendations for viability of project as proposed, and/or suggestions/changes to produce a viable project.  Documents review/analysis includes CCR’s, title, previous case approvals, Q Conditions, T Conditions, previous zoning approvals, affidavits, building records.   


Douglas Development stays current via Land Use Law updates, CEQA updates, and Subdivision Map Act updates and other regulations and/or policies that may be written, proposed, or implied so it is possible to quickly and efficiently research those which may affect a project.
